According to a recent study by MarketingSherpa, not all social media platforms are created equal. When polled, 32% of top industry marketers, said that their blog was the most effective tool for reaching their objectives.  Goals ranged from an increase in sales to downloads of white papers/free trials.  (LinkedIn and YouTube took second place with 23%, Facebook had 16% and Twitter had 13%).
