Clinical Trial Analytics Software and Consulting
CRO Analytics, the leading provider of statistically-validated clinical trial performance assessments, sought awareness and adoption for its flagship SaaS platform, Performer™. Targeted at the highly-regulated biopharmaceutical industry, in which new technology and methodology faces a long ramp to acceptance, the product launch needed to reach early visionary adopters who would understand and introduce the platform to their internal and external customers.
A strategic and results-driven integrated marketing program was developed to permeate the industry from all angles. The initial campaign focused on generating awareness and building credibility by launching a series of press releases and targeted media outreach, followed by email marketing, social media and updates to the company’s website, brand architecture and messaging. To drive awareness, education and adoption for the platform, Sagefrog conceptualized, promoted and executed a live webinar and article for the industry-leading publication, Applied Clinical Trials. Additionally, an educational and scalable infographic titled, “The Health of the Clinical Trials Industry,” was created and shared widely.
The marketing program greatly impacted CRO Analytics’ sales cycle over two quarters, resulting in 200% qualified lead growth, 400% pipeline opportunity growth and 90% lead engagement from the prior quarter. CRO Analytics also experienced exponential digital growth by increasing its unique website visitors by 250% and garnering nearly 35 million impressions across industry leading publications including Applied Clinical Trials, FDA News, Pharmaceutical Executive, Clinical Leader, CenterWatch, BioSpace, Philadelphia Business Journal and Genetic Engineering News. Furthermore, the webinar exceeded its registration goal by 90% and its participation goal by 180%, while the infographic continues to serve as a paramount sales tool after its viral success gleaned more than 137,500 impressions
